WORLD YOUTH DAY NEWS!!
WYD Yard Sale ThanksA huge thank you to everyone who donated and bought items for our WYD yard sale fundraiser, as well as to everyone who helped out, including the pilgrims, their parents and other volunteers. Thanks to your generosity, we raised a total of $2059.52. May God bless you all!
WYD Pilgrimage - Please keep us in your prayers - we will do the same!
Our group will be departing for our Europe pilgrimage on Friday, August 13, 2011, and we will return on Saturday, August 26, 2011. We humbly ask that you keep us in your prayers for a safe return and for Christ to truly touch the hearts of our young people, especially on August 19-21 (WYD events, outdoor vigil and Mass with the Pope). As promised, we will make sure to pray for all of you who have so generously helped us with your donations and prayers at each of the pilgrimage sites we will visit, including Rome and Lourdes.
WYD Itinerary and Broadcast
Join us in our spiritual journey to WYD by following the events on Salt and Light Television. It has been negotiated with most of the channel carriers in Canada to offer free coverage for the month of August, so tune in to Salt and Light!
