This Week at MRYM: LifeTeen Luau Social & Edge Mystery-Guest Party!!

LifeTeen Luau Social!
FINALLY!! LIFETEEN IS FINALLY BACK!! And we are going to celebrate with a Luau Survivor Party! (Think group tribes, "Immunity Challenge" and "Tribal Council") So put on your grass skirts, bring your camera and all your friends and let's have a blast!

***If you do bring a grass skirt, wear it over jeans or pants, please!!! - No actual skirts, and please wear shirts that cover your shoulders. Thanks! :D***

When is it? Saturday, September 22, 2012, beginning with 7:00 pm Mass, immediately followed by LifeTeen until 10:10pm; fellowship and refreshments to follow

The THEME for this year's LifeTeen is "Rediscovering the Sacraments". You think you know everything there is to know about the Sacraments? Think again... This year we will explore interesting questions such as...

Where do the Sacraments even come from?
Why do we have infant baptism?
What about people who are not baptized, can they still be saved?
Do I really need to go to Confession, or can I just ask God to forgive me directly?
Why is marriage only between a man and a woman?
What's up with the oil?

...and many more!

Remember, tokens are given for attendance, participation, sitting at the front during Mass, and bringing new friends. Collect them and you can exchange them for cool items, and you can also win big prizes at the end of the year! (Last year we gave out an iPod!)
