“On the Way to Bethlehem” is an outdoor Christmas Nativity Pageant. We will travel the road to Bethlehem with a “guide” and during our outdoor journey, we will witness King Herod’s court, interact with Roman soldiers, shepherds, magi, innkeepers and fellow travelers to reveal the Christmas story. At the end of our journey, we will have our "passports" stamped, and then enjoy a warm refreshment.This is primarily an outdoor experience so it is important to dress warmly and wear comfortable walking shoes or boots.
Cost:
Registered Edgers (grade 7 and 8)
Everyone else: $10 to cover bus and entrance fee
(There are only 50 seats available and 25 are already taken, so register soon!)
We meet at 5:30 pm to take attendance and pray. We leave at 5:45pm SHARP. The time for return may vary depending on traffic and length of the trip (approximately 9:00pm). Teens will be able to call home from the bus to notify parents of the time they should be picked up at the Church.
